I'm happy to help, though I'd recommend developmental edits for earlier drafts, so you don't get overwhelmed by the possibility of making major changes to a manuscript you've already revised many times. A cultural consultation can happen at any point, depending on how much of your world and character arcs rely on elements that you want more context for.
